Meta Conversions API (CAPI) allows you to send conversion data directly from your server to Meta instead of the browser. Events like Purchase, AddToCart, ViewContent, InitiateCheckout, Search and AddToWishlist are transmitted server-side. This makes you immune to ad blockers and browser restrictions.
Current challenges: iOS 14.5+ ATT restrictions, third-party cookie blocking and growing ad blocker usage make tracking with Meta Pixel alone insufficient. A significant portion of conversions can be lost, harming campaign optimization.
Our solution: Scout combines client-side SDK data (fbclid, UTM parameters, session info) with server-side webhook data (order details, user information) to send the richest dataset to Meta CAPI. Event deduplication is managed automatically.
